Leaving from Sottomonastero, we double the cape of Castello intercrossing Marina Corta. From the church of S.Giuseppe to the tip of Crepazza the coast is full of rocks and steep, but we can find also graceful inlets and small beaches like the cove of Portinente and the tip of Capistello.
Exceeded the tip of the Crepazza, we find the beach of Vinci, sluice from a cape in front of which the reefs of Pietralunga, Menalda and Brigghio stand out, then the tip of Punta Perciato with the Pietra Cacata, the Faraglione and the small group of rocks said Le Formiche (the ants). We pass then by M.Guardia and exceeded it the beach of Valle Muria, it follows a section of coast with multiple rocks that continue beyond tip of Grotticelle and the beach that precedes tip of Fontanelle. In front of The Thermal baths of S.Calogero there is the rock of Pietra del Bagno.
To the slopes of the M.Mazzacaruso three beautiful inlets are noticed: the cove of Fico, that one beside the tip of Cugno and the cave that stay near the tip of Palmeto. Immediately after the tip of Legno Nero, we meet the beach of Acquacalda. Between Punta Castagna and Capo Rosso we find the caves of Pomice. After Capo Rosso we find Canneto village within one big bay, between the beach and the obsidian tap of Forgia Vacchia. It is passed then beyond the cape of M.Rosa, in front of the port-shelter of Pignataro and the beach of Marina Lunga to arrive at the end to Sottomonastero.
